4. Terms & Conditions
By entering this giveaway, participants agree that:
- - The algorithm weights the winner based on total accumulated tickets (entries).
- - Non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- - LbxSuite reserves the right to use the final design in our portfolio and marketing materials.
- - Winners must claim their prize and provide all necessary initial assets (images, copy, branding guidelines) within 72 hours of the announcement, or the prize may be forfeited.
- - Project scope is limited to a maximum of 3 pages. Features such as e-commerce, payment gateways, complex backend systems, user authentication, or third-party API integrations are not included and would require a separate paid engagement.
- - LbxSuite reserves the sole right to determine whether a requirement is reasonable and feasible. Requests deemed excessive or outside the scope of a standard website build may be modified or declined.
- - LbxSuite maintains full creative control adjusting the final design to align with our premium agency standards.
- - We reserve the right to disqualify any participant found using bots, fake accounts, or engagement manipulation to artificially inflate their "ticket" count.
