1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to LbxSuite. By engaging our agency for design, development, or consulting services, you ("The Client") agree to be bound completely and irrevocably by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. No Refund Policy (Strict)

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the high-demand nature of our agency and the customized, intellectual labor involved in our work, LbxSuite maintains a strict NO REFUND policy. Once a payment is made (whether deposit, milestone, or full payment), it is non-refundable under any circumstances. This applies even if the project is cancelled by the Client, if the Client changes their mind, or if the Client is unsatisfied with the artistic direction.

3. Payment & Invoicing

Work begins only after the agreed deposit is cleared. Use of our services constitutes an agreement to pay all invoices upon receipt. Late payments will incur a compounded interest rate of 15% per month. We reserve the right to suspend all services and take down live websites immediately if payments are outstanding.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

LbxSuite retains full legal ownership of all code, designs, and assets created until the final invoice is paid in full. We reserve the right to reuse rejected concepts or code snippets for other clients. Upon full payment, the Client is granted a license to use the final product, but LbxSuite retains the right to display the work in our portfolio and marketing materials indefinitely.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LbxSuite shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data loss, or business interruptions. Our total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid by the Client to us in the last 30 days.

6. Project Timeline & Delays

Timelines provided are estimates only. LbxSuite is not responsible for delays caused by Client unresponsiveness, scope creep, or third-party API failures. We reserve the right to deprioritize projects if the Client delays feedback for more than 48 hours.

7. Termination

LbxSuite reserves the right to terminate any client relationship at any time, for any reason, without refund, particularly in cases of disrespectful communication, unreasonable demands, or scope creep. In such an event, all work completed up to that point remains the property of LbxSuite.

1. Data Collection

We collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email, phone number, and budget details. We may also collect technical data about your device and browsing behavior on our site to optimize our sales funnel.

2. Use of Information

We use your data solely to facilitate our business operations, communicate with you regarding your project, and send you marketing materials about our premium services. We do not sell your data to third parties, but we reserve the right to share it with our trusted subcontractors and legal partners if necessary.

3. Data Retention

We retain your personal and project data indefinitely for our internal records and potential future marketing opportunities unless you explicitly request deletion in writing.
